It can be challenging to deploy Lean in the workplace, but why re-invent the wheel? Whether you are a novice Lean practitioner or a seasoned veteran, we all learn from each other’s experiences to continually improve our Lean journey.
ASQ Ottawa Valley is hosting a forum, facilitated by Larry Côté, to openly discuss your issues while implementing Lean initiates. For this forum you may participate as a spectator, engaged spectator or presenter.
If you would like to present your Lean Deployment Challenge, please prepare a short slide show detailing: the challenge, how it came to be, interim resolution steps, and where you need help tackling the challenge. Please submit to: firstname.lastname@example.org by March 19.
