The PAR CommitteePerformance Awards & Recognition (PAR)
Beginning in 2014, PAR has become the new model member units follow when planning, funding, and executing actions designed to drive higher levels of member engagement. This evolves from a renewed focus on member retention and growth, member value creation, and member leader engagement. The program is intended to be simple, achievable, and inspiring while also providing opportunities to capture, share, and be recognized for innovative best practices.
